Bifa Solution

We have developed an 11.6" touchscreen module specifically for in-flight entertainment systems. The design incorporates several key features aimed at enhancing performance and user experience:

Lightweight Design: The TFT panel is customized to be lightweight, which is crucial for reducing the overall weight of the aircraft and improving fuel efficiency.

EMI Protection: To ensure robust electromagnetic interference (EMI) protection, we have integrated a mesh within the touchscreen panel.

Projected Capacitive Touch Panel: We use a projected capacitive touch panel to provide a highly responsive and precise touch experience, ensuring passengers can easily navigate the entertainment options.

Anti-Glare Coating: The surface of the touchscreen is treated with an anti-glare coating to enhance visual readability, even under varying lighting conditions within the aircraft cabin.

OCA Bonding: The TFT panel and the touch panel are bonded using Optically Clear Adhesive (OCA), which improves the visibility and clarity of the touchscreen module.

These design elements collectively aim to enhance the functionality, durability, and user experience of the touchscreen module, making it an ideal solution for modern in-flight entertainment systems.
